Stormwater Permit Information
Because the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has designated our township as an MS4 community that needs to administer a Stormwater Program, any construction project that will disturb land of greater than or equal to 1 acre OR is a new single family residential home that is part of a common plan of development is required to obtain a Stormwater Permit from the Township in addition to a building permit.
